Installation

Consummate professionals with an eye for detail, we work tirelessly to ensure that your new timber floor not only meets your standards, but that it also meets our standards - including trowel glueing and secret nailing to ensure the finished product is nothing short of "perfect". We work under the highest grade of Flooring Association Standards, prepare as much as possible to ensure that installation is a quick process and are available during the day or at night, for those businesses that require day trading undisturbed.

True perfectionists, our methods mirror that of traditional timber flooring, to ensure that the final product is as classic today as it is years on. Finishing

Besides our top knotch sanding and polishing, New Life Floors is one of Australia's only direct staining masterteams. A process that is kept to traditional standards, on hands and knees (as opposed to by-machine), our team can create an aged, detailed look in your new timber floor that is unparalleled.

From limewashing to simple clear coat varnishing, our team has the depth of experience to make your new or existing timber floor really come alive - thickening the grooves, detailing the edges and smoothening the surface.

All of our finishes are polyurethane and water based and we can provide finishes quickly and inexpensively no matter what your desired outcome is, whether it be high gloss, satin, low sheen or anything else.

With every timber floor installation, New Life Floors is now providing a Loba "Wood Floor Care & Cleaning Kit".  This kit, with products from Loba, comes with a wiper and spray set - everything needed for you to easily and effectively clean and care for your new hard wood floor from the day it is installed.  Better yet, the boys at New Life will even show you how to make the best use of it!
